My licensing department refuses to renew my car license because of outstanding fines.

The authorities may indeed withhold your licence disk if: 

·        You owe licensing fees and/or penalties on licensing fees;

·        A Warrant of Arrest has been issued against the name of the registered owner; and/or

·        An AARTO Enforcement Order been issued against the name of the registered owner;

We can attempt to pay the outstanding fines on your behalf, by approaching the traffic prosecutor. Often we can negotiate a reduced admission of guilt fine / settlement of the Enforcement Order.
